Two ways to get your photo booth
At Pixtar you choose how the photo booth gets to your event: you pick up Pixtar Go, our premium photo booth, yourself, or you book the Comfort Service and we deliver our Pixtar Signature, our original with a built-in high-speed printer. Both ways have their strengths. Which one fits your event comes down to a few simple questions.
Self-pickup: the simple standard
Pixtar Go is built for self-pickup. You collect it at our location in Wöllersdorf, get a short introduction and transport it to your venue yourself. It is easy to transport and quickly set up: place it, plug it in, switch it on. A step-by-step guide is included, and the touchscreen makes operation self-explanatory.
Who is self-pickup right for?
Self-pickup is a great fit if you like doing things yourself, your venue is nearby and someone can transport the photo booth. You save the delivery costs and stay flexible. No technical knowledge is required.
Comfort Service: delivery, setup and collection
With the Comfort Service our Pixtar Signature takes the stage: our original with a built-in high-speed printer. We deliver it to your venue, set it up professionally and collect it again at the agreed standard time. The costs are a €59 service fee plus €0.50 per actually driven kilometre (delivery and pickup, each way there and back), transparent and easy to calculate in advance. Night pickup (10 PM to 5 AM) is not included and only bookable subject to availability as a separate add-on.
Who is the Comfort Service right for?
We recommend the Comfort Service for weddings (you have enough on your plate on the big day), for larger events with lots of coordination and when the venue is further away. You look after your guests, the photo booth is ready and waiting.
How do the two photo booths differ?
Pixtar Go is designed for easy transport and quick setup. The Pixtar Signature, our original, has its high-speed printer built into the housing and is professionally set up and configured by us. Instant prints, the online gallery and easy touchscreen operation come with both.
Pixtar Guard: monitoring with both options
Whether you choose self-pickup or the Comfort Service: every Pixtar photo booth comes with Pixtar Guard, our in-house monitoring system. It keeps an eye on system health, printer and paper supply and helps us spot and assess technical irregularities earlier. On top of that, technical support is available throughout the entire rental period: you can reach us during your event with questions about operation or technical issues.
Our tip
Ask yourself: do I want to deal with transport and setup on the day of my event? If not, choose the Comfort Service. If you want to stay flexible and save on delivery costs, self-pickup is the simple, high-quality standard.
