Children love the instant print, teams line up in ever new combinations, and at the end every guest has something in their hands to remember the party by.For outdoor use there is one simple rule: covered and dry. Under a tent, in a pavilion, on a covered terrace or indoors with the doors open, the booth runs without any problems and only needs a standard power socket. We find the best spot together during setup, usually near the bar or buffet, where everyone passes by anyway.We design the print layout to match the party: summery with your company logo, with a party theme or in a clean corporate design. Via the online gallery the photos reach all guests, including the families who head home earlier while the party continues.The summer party season from June to September is short, and Fridays are the first to go. Once the date and the grounds are fixed, it is worth getting in touch, and we will take care of coordination with your party team or the venue.

Yes, as long as it stands covered and dry, for example in a tent, under a pavilion or on a covered terrace. Direct sun and rain are the only exclusion criteria, and we find the right spot during setup.

Absolutely, at family parties it is, in our experience, the ultimate magnet for kids. Operating it takes one press of a button, and the instant print to take away works for all ages.

A standard power socket within reach is enough, using an extension cable if necessary. We set up the booth in a sheltered, stable position and test everything before the party starts.

Outside the peak Friday dates, often at fairly short notice. Thanks to our base in Wöllersdorf we are quickly on site in Vienna and Lower Austria, just send us your date.

Yes. All data is stored on EU-based servers. Consent is captured at photo download as an opt-in with documented timestamps. IP addresses are stored as hashes. Gallery photos can be automatically deleted after a configurable period.

Data transfer is handled via webhooks – compatible with Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and any system that can receive webhooks. This allows seamless integration of captured leads into your existing sales pipeline.

You receive all photos in original resolution, captured questionnaire data as an export, access and download statistics, and optionally voting results and contest participants. Data can also be automatically transferred to your system via webhook.

Pixtar Snap is our virtual photo booth solution. Guests use their own smartphone – no traditional photo booth needed. Photos can be shared digitally and, depending on the booked setup, printed at on-site print stations. Ideal as a complement to the photo booth or as a standalone solution for events where there's no space for a physical booth. Snap offers the same branding and lead capture features as the physical photo booth.
