Christmas parties have a program problem: after dinner and the speeches, you need something that carries the mood without anyone having to host it. The photo booth does exactly that. It draws colleagues in small groups, produces instant prints to take away and, along the way, gives the company the pictures nobody else takes: the team, relaxed and away from everyday work.We design the print layout in your company's design, from a discreet logo to a festive frame. Via the online gallery all employees get their photos on their phones, and anyone who wants to can later use the best shots for the intranet or the annual review.On the organizational side, we make it easy for the assistant or the organizing team: we coordinate delivery and setup directly with the venue, set up before the guests arrive and collect the booth after the party, even late in the evening. The booth needs a power socket and around one square meter, and there are no other requirements.An honest note on planning: the Advent weekends and the Thursdays in December are the first to be booked every year. If you book in September or October, you can choose your date freely, in November it gets tight. Ideally, send us two to three preferred dates right away.

As early as possible. The most sought-after dates, especially Thursdays and the Advent weekends, are often booked by October. With two to three preferred dates in your request, we almost always find a solution.

Yes, that is the norm: logo, company colors and, on request, a festive motif. You send print files or we design the layout completely for you.

Every print has a QR code for the online gallery. There, everyone downloads their own photos, without an app and without registration. The gallery remains available after the party.

Just a standard power socket and around one square meter of floor space. We coordinate delivery and setup time directly with the restaurant or venue, so there is no work for you.

Yes, on request even late after the party ends, or alternatively the next morning. We adapt to the venue and your schedule.

Answers for Decision-Makers.

Yes. All data is stored on EU-based servers. Consent is captured at photo download as an opt-in with documented timestamps. IP addresses are stored as hashes. Gallery photos can be automatically deleted after a configurable period.

Data transfer is handled via webhooks – compatible with Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and any system that can receive webhooks. This allows seamless integration of captured leads into your existing sales pipeline.

You receive all photos in original resolution, captured questionnaire data as an export, access and download statistics, and optionally voting results and contest participants. Data can also be automatically transferred to your system via webhook.

Pixtar Snap is our virtual photo booth solution. Guests use their own smartphone – no traditional photo booth needed. Photos can be shared digitally and, depending on the booked setup, printed at on-site print stations. Ideal as a complement to the photo booth or as a standalone solution for events where there's no space for a physical booth. Snap offers the same branding and lead capture features as the physical photo booth.

Yes, that's actually a common setup. The physical photo booth as a highlight at the booth, Snap as a digital extension for the entire event floor. Photos and leads are captured per product – after the event you receive the combined results from both systems.
